About Us
The Bartlett Art Association of Bartlett, TN, is a non-profit organization chartered in 1988 to encourage, educate, improve, exhibit, and support fine art. We invite all artists and supporters of fine arts to join the fun and fellowship experienced by BAA members.
We welcome artists of all skill levels, working in any medium. Opportunities available to BAA member artists include open and judged exhibitions, chances to grow and improve your skills, and art-related community outreach events. We hold regular workshops, demonstrations, and presentations by guest speakers and fellow artists. Members also enjoy access to art videos and books. You do not need to be a Bartlett resident to join us.
Rotating exhibitions of members’ art at the Atrium Gallery of Saint Francis Hospital - Bartlett (between the medical building on Kate Bond Road and the main hospital) are open for public viewing and purchase.
Meetings
The Bartlett Art Association meets the first Sunday of every month (except in July and December with the After Christmas Celebration in January). We meet at St. Francis Hospital (Bartlett) in the Magnolia Room. Please enter through the main hospital doors on Kate Bond Road and take a left.
Meetings begin at 2 p.m. Group business meetings are followed by refreshments and a program, often presented by local artists who share their work and/or technique.
