Art in many forms has always had a place in Carol’s heart.  She was raised in Sydney Australia and Carlo made a career as a freelance window dresser, displaying the latest fashions throughout Sydney.  After visiting many countries, she settled in the U.S.A. in 1972.  She then delved into stained glass and pottery for 15 years selling her work in stores throughout Tennessee.

 

Carol is self-taught, having taken a few classes here and there.  She has taken classes with Katie Lindsey and recently took a watercolor class from E.D. Bynum Jr.  A highlight of her career was having one of her “Orpheum” collages displayed at the Memphis Convention Center for the year of 2024.  Her art hangs in Brazil, Australia and America thanks to those who have purchased it.
