Each year, generally in October, the city of Bartlett has it's Fall Festival at the W.J. Freeman Park in Bartlett. 

The Bartlett Art Association in conjunction with the Bartlett Arts Council hosted Chalk the Walk.  Attendees were invited to participate in the show with plein aire sidewalk pastel painting (chalk). This year 18 young people created artwork on the sidewalk adjacent to the gazebo. The results were spectacular!

 

BAA Members were there at another location providing face painting for the guests.  The painters had as much fun as the painted.
