As both an art educator and a practicing artist, my life is a continuous dialogue with color and form. While my foundation is built on the technical nuances of landscapes, pets, and portraits, my recent work has expanded into the realm of abstraction. Working primarily in acrylic and watercolor, I thrive on the energy of spontaneity. I prefer to paint quickly, allowing my intuition to guide the brush before the mind can overthink the mark.

My work is an exploration of the interplay between vibrant color and deep shadow—the elements that give life and dimension to any subject. Ultimately, my goal is to create pieces that resonate personally with others. There is a unique fulfillment in knowing that a painting born from a moment of creative speed will become a long-lasting treasure in a client’s home.
